Yves Henry studied with Pierre Sancan at the Paris Conservatoire. He won First Prize at the Robert Schumann International Competition in Zwickau. Yves Henry is Professor both at the Conservatoire and the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional in Paris. He was a member of the programme committee of the Chopin Institute in Warsaw on the occasion of the Chopin bicentennial in 2010.
