Concerts

Overview

Instruments in the collection are used in concerts throughout the year.
Concerts are held in the original Music Room of the house, design by Sir Reginald Blomfield 1903.
During the mid-summer break in the concert programmer, August, the Music Room is displayed as a Composer Museum.

Concert programme for the 2025 will be announced shortly.

Ukrainian born pianist Dinara Klinton graduated with Honours at Moscow State Conservatory and was awarded a Masters Performance degree at RCM. She has appeared at Cheltenham Festival and Aldeburgh Proms and performed at Royal Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall and Cadogan Hall. Her recent recording as part of the series “Chopin: The Complete Works on contemporary instruments” was released by The Fryderyk Chopin Institute.

Lunchtime recitals

Last approximately one hour.

Evening concerts

Last approximately two hours with one interval
during which juice and wine are served.

Notices

Wheelchair access available. Please advise in advance.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.
Tickets to recitals and concerts do not include free admittance to the house.
We reserve the right to refuse admission and change the programme and/or instrument without notice.
It may not always be possible to admit latecomers to the Music Room.

Stiletto heels should not be worn.
